Information you choose to provide
Our contact and observation-date forms collect your name, email address, optional phone number, course interest, message, and preferred date when applicable. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry, coordinate scheduling, and provide information about the course you requested. Website inquiries are saved to a protected team inbox. Please do not include patient names, medical records, treatment photographs, or other patient information.
Course registration and payment
The existing course registration form is provided by Formstack/Intellistack. Information submitted directly through that form is processed by that provider and Brighter Way for course registration. Payment details are not collected by the website’s contact form or stored in its inquiry inbox. Review the registration form’s notices before submitting personal or payment information.
Cookies, local storage, and external content
Necessary security and hosting technology may use cookies to keep the website available and protect it from automated abuse. We save your privacy choices in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional Formstack forms and YouTube videos load only after you allow external content or choose to load a particular form or video. Those providers may process technical information and use their own cookies. You can use the direct registration link instead of loading the embedded form.
Use “Privacy & cookie choices” at the bottom of any page to review or change your preferences. Choosing necessary functions only does not prevent you from browsing course information or sending a website inquiry.
Optional analytics
When you allow analytics, we count page views, clicks toward registration, and successful website inquiries. We store aggregate daily counts and page paths for approximately 13 months. Our analytics does not store full IP addresses, query strings, advertising identifiers, message contents, or individual visitor profiles. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling optional analytics. Counts represent website activity, not confirmed course registrations.
Security and service providers
We use HTTPS, server-side form checks, hidden spam fields, and submission limits. Security checks process a rotating, keyed hash of the request’s IP address to enforce short-lived limits; these limit records expire within an hour and are removed as the service runs. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical logs under their own policies. No website can promise absolute security.
Information is available to the authorized Brighter Way team and providers needed to host the website, operate registration, maintain security, or respond to a legal requirement. We do not use this website’s inquiry or analytics features to sell personal information or create advertising profiles.
Retention and your requests
Website inquiries are kept for follow-up for up to 180 days. Registration, payment, clinical, and professional licensing records are handled separately and may have different retention requirements. To ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion of a website inquiry, contact us using the details above. We may need to verify the request before sharing or changing records.
Children, external websites, and updates
This website is intended for adult dental professionals. Partner websites and third-party services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the website or its practices change; the effective date appears at the top.
