Clinical leadership

Experience behind the instruction.

Dr. Rosen is a Phoenix-based general dentist and a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. His clinical focus spans surgical and restorative implant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation, and digitally guided care.

He completed Jacksonville University’s Comprehensive Oral Implantology Residency and holds both a Master of Science in Dentistry and a Master of Public Health.

As a Full Arch Course instructor, Dr. Rosen emphasizes practical, evidence-based techniques and real-world clinical decision-making. His teaching connects diagnosis and digital planning with surgical execution, immediate provisionalization, and long-term restorative success.

His goal is to help clinicians confidently integrate modern implant workflows into everyday practice while maintaining a strong foundation in biomechanics, patient selection, and complication prevention.
